All recurring subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.

Lifetime memberships are available for a one-time payment, and will include all current and future features.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund through the contact form. All refunds are at the sole discretion of Trek, but we are not interested in keeping your money if you're not satisfied.

If you pay monthly, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty or request a refund for the last month of your subscription. If you have a lifetime membership, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

All brand imagery, marketing content, design, and other content on Trek is protected by copyright. You may not use our content without our permission. Trek allows for user-uploaded content. By uploading content, you grant Trek a non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and display that content. You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. Doing so may result in your content being removed or your account being terminated without notice or a refund. If you are unsure about what you can upload, please contact us. If you feel your account has been terminated in error, you can appeal the decision by contacting us.

Much of the information on Trek is user-generated or provided by third parties and may not be accurate or up-to-date. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy of the information provided or the quality of the content. Please use your own judgment and do your own research before making any decisions based on the information provided.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the app or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on this page. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the app or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the app and its Services.
